1. Rugged Construction
Dual Frame Construction
First, our dual-frame towers are built on a fully galvanized structural steel frame reinforced with a secondary framing system of 12-gauge steel columns. We are the only company in the world able to offer customized structures of this quality to the industry.
Corrugated Cladding
Second, we cover that steel frame with structural steel panels featuring 4.5” deep corrugations embedded with a series of smaller corrugations. Not only are these structural panels much thicker than those found in most commercially available metal buildings, but this “compound corrugation” greatly increases the strength of the panel. In fact, the support strength of our cladding can equal that of a steel girder of the same length and weight.
Hot-Dipped Galvanized Coating
Finally, we protect that steel exterior from the harsh environment of fire training (continual exposure to fire and water) by hot dipping it into a bath of galvanizing material at a high temperature ensuring a complete bonding and a long-lasting coating that resists rust and corrosion.
