Is Your Training Tower Protected?

Most everything you buy these days comes with some type of a warranty; some piece of paper with tiny print at the end of a thick stack of documents.  Not many of us compare warranties between products or even recognize a warranty exists prior to purchase.  Many of us dread the idea of making a call only to find out that some obscure detail renders it null and void.

A warranty is meant to be a promise from the supplier to the customer that the supplier stands by its product.  The supplier should be proud to offer a product with such a promise, not trying to use a piece of paper they call a warranty as a shield from the customer.

You are likely in the planning or design phase for your new fire training facility.  This is a once-in-a-career experience that will have a positive impact on your community throughout your career and beyond.  You want more than just a kit from a supplier; you want a partnership.  Someone who will stand by you and your new training facility for years to come.

Here at WHP, we strive for more than just selling kits of material.  We want to build a relationship with you and be a continuous resource as you grow your training program.  One element of that relationship is the warranty.  Some companies out there will make the bold statement that they have never had a warranty claim.  Is it true that they have never had a warranty claim, or is it the fact that they have never honored a warranty claim?  The WHP approach is different.

WHP designs, manufactures and installs the best fire training structures on the market, but even we know there are times when issues arise that are no fault of the customer.  We don’t point fingers between supplier, installer, and customer; we just work with you to get your building back into service in a timely manner.  Why would you and your community expect any less?
