Whether you currently have a WHP training tower, concrete structure, metal building or shipping containers, we can retrofit a burn room for you. A series of mounting channels is first installed. These are then covered with Padgenite™ battens to protect the channels and provide spacing between the face panels.
Padgenite™ panels are installed over these to form the complete thermal envelope in the room. The system is designed to allow for an additional insulating air space between the panels and the walls of the building.
Utilizing UL Listed Padgenite Interlock™ we can create a burn room that can withstand temperatures up to 2000° F, allowing you to burn anywhere in the room. A temperature monitoring system will allow you to know exactly how hot the room environment is to enable safe training for your crews.
