How long have you worked at WHP?
I have been with WHP Trainingtowers™ for nine years.
As the Director of Human Resources, what are you responsible for?
I am responsible for handling recruiting, hiring, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management, and building employee and employer relationships.
What do you like most about your job?
The most rewarding aspect of my job as Director of Human Resources is recruiting and hiring! I enjoy the interview process of meeting new hires and then watching them excel in their new positions!
What makes WHP a great place to work?
I love the people at WHP! I appreciate that we support and treat each other as family!
How do you help clients?
I indirectly help clients by being part of the hiring process to employ phenomenal employees to do the work we do! From the sales team to production, I get to be a part of the process to build our team.

Tell us a little bit about yourself outside of work.
I have lived in Shawnee, KS for over 24 years where I have raised my two children. My latest hobby is creating a wildflower garden in my backyard.
