Alan Henderson who has worked in sales, estimating, and customer service at WHP for 11 years, has assisted in planning and developing training towers as well as providing solutions for the maintenance of existing towers. From a sales perspective, life expectancy is a big factor. “Due to the cost of building a training tower, the life expectancy plays a key role in our customers’ buying decision,” he said. “They consider the longevity of a training tower while deciding who to purchase a tower from. When a department can get 30+ years out of their tower, they can better justify the initial expense of the purchase.”

This change has reduced the maintenance needed and has extended the life of the doors in our towers.
