It’s the people at WHP Trainingtowers™ who are truly behind our success. We sat down with Tanitra Bedford, Lead Machines Operator, to find out a little more about her job and her life:
How long have you worked at WHP?
I have worked for WHP Since May of 2019.
What are you responsible for?
I am responsible for making sure all of our CNC Machines and Plasma Tables run efficiently and smoothly. I am also responsible for leading a small team of machinists to success!
What do you do on a daily basis?
I help maintain the upkeep and maintenance of the machines as well as curate steel parts for welders.
What do you like most about your job?
I love how we are a family. Once you become an employee you become family, and there’s no greater feeling than working with family!
What makes WHP a great place to work?
I would say WHP is a great place to work because, like I said before, you become family so they treat you as such!
What makes you proud about WHP Trainingtowers?
What makes me proud is the fact that we are #1 in what we do! Who doesn’t want to feel like a champion every day they go to work.
Tell us a little bit about yourself outside of work.
I was born and raised in Kansas City, Mo. I have a girlfriend with two kids. My family and friends call me Nitro. In my free time I am an artist. I design different custom pieces ranging from shoes to clothes to one-of-one art pieces for athletes, rappers and a few other high-profile clients. My interests are music and art. I love to create and WHP has been my playground when it comes to challenging my creative ideas!
