At WHP Trainingtowers, we host firefighter trade shows across the U.S. throughout the year to connect with fire departments and firefighters. By attending these trade shows, we can answer any questions people might have about our training towers, educate them about their options, help them purchase a training tower, show them where to obtain the funds, and give them tips on how the whole process works.
Attend a Trade Show and See Our Innovative Fire Safety Products
Trade shows also allow us to showcase our innovative fire safety products like our MODx™ (Modular) Towers, Padgenite Interlock™ burn liner and our vast amount of other training products and accessories. Fire training is critical to firefighter safety and making the firefighting community aware of our products helps spread the word and keep more firefighters safe. Safety is a priority at WHP and it is our guiding principle in everything we do.
Firefighter Trade Shows Help Build Relationships
Firefighter Trade shows provide a great opportunity to connect and create relationships with firefighters and houses who can use our products. Purchasing and constructing a training tower is a process and it all starts with a simple conversation. Our sales team is very customer-service-oriented and makes the process as streamlined and smooth as possible. “Whatever we can do to make the process easier, faster and more streamlined for these departments,” said Joe Kirchner, Vice President of Operations at WHP Trainingtowers, “helps put more training towers out there and get more firefighters the experience they need.” We let them know about things like our Sourcewell contract that makes purchasing fire training towers easier. Sourcewell is a partner for public agency purchasing who vets vendors to ensure they meet strict government regulations so that they can be chosen by government, education, and non-profit organizations quickly and easily.
Customer Service Starts with Personal Relationships
Firefighter Trade shows give us a platform to show our tremendous customer service. From the planning stage to the sale to the build to our continuous service for years to come, we want fire departments and firefighters to know they can turn to us for answers and that we’ll be here for them down the road.
Trade Shows Create Connections
National sales manager Captain Rob Van Bibber thinks firefighter trade shows are critical for exposure and education. “The more people we can talk to and expose to our training towers and other products, the more firefighters can be trained and remain safer on the job,” Van Bibber said. Creating connections builds a stronger community overall and helps make training and training towers more accessible to those who need them. “Making personal connections makes a big difference,” he said. “We want to meet more firefighters and people within the fire service community.” We encourage you to attend one of our trade shows and learn more about WHP Trainingtowers and our excellent products.
