It’s the people at WHP Trainingtowers™ who are truly behind our success. We sat down with Clint Brown, Pre-Construction Representative, to find out a little more about his job and his life:
How long have you worked at WHP?
Technically since 2007, but I left in late 2019 and came back this summer 2024.
What are you responsible for?
I handle any incoming sales inquiries ranging from existing customers to new ones looking to build new training facilities or enhance their existing training facilities.
What do you do on a daily basis?
I spend a lot of time on phone and video calls with current and future customers discussing training tower designs, quoting new facilities, attending trade shows to showcase our company and products, and working with the sales team to provide complete project planning advice.
What do you like most about your job?
The customers! Management level fire professionals are great to work with and I’ve made more than a few friends along the way.
What makes WHP a great place to work?
Our internal leadership is lending a hand and encouraging our growth through every step so we never go to work feeling uncertain. Whether that’s continuing education to learn a skill set or helping with a project estimate. It’s awesome to be a part of such a great team.
How do you help clients?
Planning a new training facility, big or small, can be a daunting task without a little guidance. With my prior experience as an installer, foreman, and project coordinator, I can help customers take some shortcuts to a finished facility that shows and performs at its best.
What makes you proud about WHP Trainingtowers™?We sell the highest quality products and it makes my job easy knowing that truth.
Tell us a little bit about yourself outside of work.I live in Pueblo West, Colorado with my wife Rebecca and our Boston terrier Molly. We love being close to the mountains where we adventure in our modified 4x4s. We camp year round, mountain bike, and enjoy almost any local mountain brewery.
